Overview

Avero is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our Revenue team, focusing on the hospitality SaaS industry. This role involves building relationships with key decision makers and ensuring effective communication across various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

In Short

  • Work with the Global Account Manager on account sales strategies.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for sales closings.
  • Execute discovery calls and product demos.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • Help develop and execute expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer opportunities.
  • Contribute to new customer onboarding and engagement.
  • Maintain a growth mentality and seek skill improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of sales and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales/account management experience in hospitality SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Able to sell tech-based platforms.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated performance in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience presenting to C-Level leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM.
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution effectively.
