Overview

Avero is looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager with proven experience in an evolving hospitality SaaS industry company. This role focuses on engaging, retaining, and enabling customers to achieve their desired outcomes while providing an exceptional level of service.

In Short

  • Manage a growing portfolio of customers.
  • Assist in developing the Customer Success department.
  • Analyze customer success metrics and data.
  • Engage with customers regarding their Account Plan.
  • Oversee the onboarding pipeline to ensure timely go-live.
  • Execute targeted customer engagements.
  • Build and manage successful relationships with key partners.
  • Provide insights to partners for optimal usage of Avero.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Identify opportunities for the sales team for cross-selling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in hospitality SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and internal processes.
