Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with digital or software products.
  • Prior experience in the technology space.
  • Experience in building customer journeys and account plans.
  • Emotional intelligence to understand customer needs.
  • Interest in cryptocurrency and Chainalysis’ mission.
