The Customer Success team at Chainalysis is dedicated to helping customers navigate their challenges and achieve their goals through effective problem-solving and collaboration.

In Short

• Establish regular contact and reviews with customers to understand their goals and solve problems.
• Meet with customers virtually and in-person, requiring travel 20-30% of the time.
• Contribute to increasing customer adoption, renewal, and retention.
• Answer advanced product usage and technical questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for customer needs.
• Support initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Provide input on automating and improving workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with digital or software products.
• Prior experience in the technology space.
• Experience building customer journeys and account plans.
• Emotional intelligence and empathetic understanding of customer needs.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and a passion for Chainalysis’ mission.
