The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Mitratech acts as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on client contact, training, and ensuring successful utilization of Mitratech’s applications throughout the client lifecycle.

  • Work with marketing to enhance client advocacy.

Requirements

  • Desire to learn Mitratech software products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-centric attitude with decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in client success or account management is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
