Requirements

• Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with databases and SQL optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with long-term architectural vision.
• Experience with performance optimization and security practices is a plus.
