Overview

The Software Engineering Manager is a hands-on engineering leader who shapes the technical direction, engineering culture, and delivery execution of high-volume and high-transaction systems across Experian Employer Services.

• Oversee progress and daily activities on key project activities.

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to establish a development roadmap.

• Promote DevOps culture and oversee product deployment activities.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sprint progress.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT industry.
• 6+ years of professional management experience.
• 8+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Master's preferred.
