Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development or engineering roles.
• At least 2 years in team leadership or management.
• Proven track record in end-to-end software delivery.
• Strong understanding of delivery and quality management principles.
• Balanced skillset in people management and technical literacy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Mindset rooted in continuous improvement and empowerment.
