• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3-6 developers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Advanced technical knowledge in front-end and back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js.
• Experience with MySQL, Docker, Git.
• Familiarity with AWS services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Proven experience working effectively in remote environments.
