Team Lead Software Development - Remote

Overview

The Team Lead Software Development position involves leading and developing a team of frontend and backend developers in a dynamic FinTech company that aims to revolutionize the financial and real estate market.

Requirements

• Solid experience in developing production-ready software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Angular.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic leadership style.
• Fluent in English (C1) and good knowledge of German (minimum B2).
• Ideally, experience in the finance or real estate sector.
