Overview

As a Team Lead of Software Development for our Message product, you will be the leader of a Scrum team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting an enterprise SaaS microservices architecture application platform.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• Experience as a scrum master or team lead.
• Strong proficiency in Java and databases.
• Full SDLC experience in a cloud environment.
• Experience with large, complex web-based applications.
• Ability to manage a distributed cross-functional team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a scale-up or start-up environment preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
