Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

A Business Analyst with a focus on system integrations is needed to support consultants in planning, designing, building, training, and implementing Continuing Education & Workforce Development products.

In Short

• Serve as primary contact for integration project scheduling and documentation.
• Lead scoping of implementation projects and customer change requests.
• Document client business rules and define project scope and objectives.
• Research third-party system integration APIs.
• Define project requirements and milestones.
• Help lead Agile Development teams and manage user stories.
• Deliver customized product training to stakeholders.
• Maintain understanding of Lifelong Learning products.
• Triage issues and provide advanced customer support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• University degree or College diploma in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• 3 - 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software implementation.
• Experience with third-party products like Ellucian and Salesforce.
• Advanced technical skills with APIs (XML, JSON).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
