Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. The role also involves evaluating current business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with information systems consulting.
• Experience with SQL databases is a strong advantage.
• Industry experience in healthcare or health insurance is a strong advantage.
• Ability to deliver high-level presentations.
• Experience in an international/multicultural environment.
• Practical handling of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Business process modeling experience.
• Good command of English (B2/C1 level).
