Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Boost IT is looking for a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and support Agile ceremonies.

In Short

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Use process modeling tools to communicate workflows.
• Coordinate testing efforts and define test scenarios.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and track tasks in JIRA.
• Ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in translating business requirements.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of XML/XSD and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with test management tools is a plus.
