In Short

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, or functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers throughout the software development lifecycle
• Participate in and support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
• Use process modeling tools to visualize and communicate workflows
• Coordinate and support testing efforts, including defining test scenarios and reviewing test results
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and track tasks/issues in JIRA
• Help ensure solutions meet business goals while maintaining technical feasibility

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex/technical environment
• Strong experience translating business requirements into user stories or use cases with close attention to detail
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Basic understanding of XML/XSD and SQL to support technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN)
• Experience or familiarity with test management tools is a plus
