Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and product analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics.
• Knowledge of software architecture and database designs.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
