Senior Java Developer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Java Developer will contribute to the improvement of the development and build process, designing and developing production-grade, enterprise-level systems using Java and various frameworks, while following Agile methodologies.

In Short

• Design and develop enterprise-level systems using Java.
• Participate in the implementation of applications and micro-services.
• Write OAUTH authentication mechanisms and validation tests.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of systems.
• Setup CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Follow Scrum procedures and estimate work upon request.
• Write technical documentation and ensure secure coding practices.
• Work with Git and follow pull request procedures.
• Write clean, secure, and high-quality code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Java 11 and common frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with SOAP and GRPC web servers.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Vue.js and jQuery.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Strong understanding of OOP paradigms and SOLID principles.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with messaging systems like ActiveMQ and Kafka.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems.
