Overview

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an Electronic Signature Configuration & Support Specialist to support one of our major clients (EU Institution).

In Short

• Provide L1/L2 support for electronic signature solutions.
• Configure, update, and manage user setup for DocuSign.
• Support integration with document management systems.
• Assist users with mobile applications for electronic signatures.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and guidance sessions.
• Create and maintain user guides and FAQs.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Promote best practices and support change adoption.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with electronic signature configuration.
• Strong technical support experience.
• Knowledge of integration with document management systems.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and user support.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to create clear documentation and training materials.
• Fluency in English; other EU languages are a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
