Configuration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Configuration Specialist is responsible for preparing computer applications, systems, and software for use, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the implementation process.

In Short

• Provide an engaging top-notch customer-focused experience to all customers
• Analyze, capture, document, and illustrate “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and requirements
• Prepare documentation such as functional/business requirements, use cases, and instructional documentation
• Configure, test, and implement business processes and requirements
• Provide onsite/online application training as needed
• Provide product demonstrations to support project milestones and sales teams
• Manage assigned project tasks in a timely manner
• Provide weekly reports/updates of assigned tasks
• Play multiple roles in project implementation
• Prospect clients and understand their needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of implementations/configuration of a SaaS product (Gov Tech nice to have)
• Customer-focused/engagement experience
• Experience working with computer hardware and software
• Excellent planning, analytical, communication, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with productivity tools
• Experience with software version control tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with strong multi-tasking abilities
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite; Word, Excel
