Safety Configuration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Safety Configuration Specialist will provide technical and functional support on critical cloud Safety and Regulatory systems, primarily supplied by Veeva Systems, for customers in the life sciences industry.

In Short

• Provide technical and functional support on Veeva Systems.
• Utilize client ticketing tools for back-office support.
• Manage Change Management processes.
• Conduct Periodic Reviews and Release Management.
• Work by ITIL principles in incident management.
• System configuration and development of support procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Vault Safety platform.
• Ability to structure and align complex challenges.
• Experience with GxP/GAMP.
• Veeva Vault Platform System Administrator Certificate required.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with cloud systems operations preferred.
• Veeva configuration experience preferred.
• API/SDK development experience preferred.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
