In Short

• This is a Senior role designed to provide project and program leadership.
• Handle implementation/migration projects and programs.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and training.
• Lead teams consisting of multiple workstreams.
• Develop responses to Requests for Proposals (RfPs).
• Monitor project/program status including milestones, risks, issues, budgets.
• Act as a delivery escalation point.
• Create and deliver tailored communication.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver projects/programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in the life science industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical project/program manager.
• Successful track record of managing technically complex projects/programs.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience selling either projects or products to clients.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault, SalesForce or similar technologies.
