The Configuration Specialist at GovOS will play a crucial role in preparing software applications for use, ensuring a smooth implementation process for clients while providing exceptional customer support.

In Short

• Engage with customers to provide a top-notch experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation/configuration.
• Customer-focused experience.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with software version control tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Availability to travel as needed.
