In Short

• Own and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GovOS Licensing and Registration, and Tax and Compliance suites.
• Collaborate with all parts of the organization to create a defensible product roadmap that drives customer outcomes and revenue growth.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership to define quarterly and sprint plans for delivering the roadmap.
• Work with support and customer success teams to identify improvements to lower product management costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the customer to proactively resolve issues and improve retention.
• Establish metrics and milestones to track product progress towards goals.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• 5+ years of experience building B2B enterprise SaaS products.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience in an agile environment.
• Experience managing licensing, tax, ERP, HRMS, CRM solutions is highly desired.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of revenue and business objectives for the product suite.
• Experience collaborating with leadership and engineering in a complex organization.
• Ability to plan the roadmap and make trade-offs with stakeholders.
