Group Manager, Product - Remote

Overview

As the Group Manager, Product (GMP) you will be responsible for leading our product groups within the Foundations stage, which is at the core of the GitLab platform. You will oversee teams focused on Personal Productivity, Design System, Navigation, and UX Paper Cuts, ensuring GitLab delivers a world-class DevSecOps experience.

In Short

• Drive adoption of GitLab through intuitive, user-centered experiences.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of Product Managers.
• Recognized achievements as a Product Manager.
• Experience hiring teams in high-growth companies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs.
• Experience with homepage design and navigation systems.
• Technical background in enterprise software UX best practices.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
