Group Product Manager - Remote

Overview

An exciting new role for an experienced Group Product Manager in FT Core, responsible for three platform domains and leading a team to drive product strategy.

In Short

• Run a large complex portfolio of platform products, capabilities, and services
• Lead a team of Product Managers and one Business Analyst
• Define a product vision aligned to company strategy
• Be the voice of the customer, understanding their interactions with products
• Define, track and analyze success metrics
• Prioritize the product backlog for maximum user value
• Build and communicate product roadmaps to stakeholders
• Contribute industry best practices into the product development process

Requirements

• At least five years of product management experience
• At least three years managing other Product Managers
• Experience in a platform environment or with technical products
• Entrepreneurial attitude in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of subscription business models
• Track record of defining and improving business metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Developed influencing and negotiation skills
• Confident in leading meetings and workshops
