Configuration Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Configuration Specialist (CS) is focused on setting up and maintaining client software configurations. This role involves a deep understanding of our software interface, an exceptional eye for detail, and a strong capability for collaborative work with the Solutions Consultant team.

In Short

• Implement configurations accurately and efficiently using the software's interface.
• Manage and implement improvements and updates during the initial 6 months of client onboarding.
• Provide technical support for configuration-related issues.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Consultant for Quality Assurance processes.
• Adjust configurations for merging or splitting instances based on client organizational changes.
• Maintain detailed configuration documentation for future reference and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability in customizing software to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
