Configurations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Configurations Specialist to join our team. The Configurations Specialist will manage and configure client accounts on our software platform. The ideal candidate will pay great attention to detail and have experience in helpdesk support.

In Short

• Configure client accounts on our software platform, including user management, system integrations, and customizations
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to configuration and resolve them promptly
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide support
• Collaborate with the development team and product team to enhance our software platform
• Maintain accurate records of client configurations and changes
• Setting up software, customizing settings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems operate optimally.
• Experience and understanding of configuring software applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud platforms) to meet organizational needs.
• Setting up a new organization within Steer Health’s platform
• Configuring modules as per client’s requirements/preference
• Testing configured application before the go-live date.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Experience in helpdesk support
• Understanding of software configuration processes
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
