  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading teams and driving customer success.
  • Excellent presentation skills for various audiences.
  • Experience scaling Customer Success teams preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership experience in customer success.
  • Bachelor’s or MBA preferred.
