Overview

SmarterDx is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Success to build and lead a world-class customer account management organization. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will be accountable for overseeing Regional Customer Success Leaders, and will work closely with them to deliver exceptional results for our diverse health system client base.

In Short

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a growing team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Establish performance metrics and set team objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to develop regional strategies for customer success.
  • Identify new opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
  • Provide senior-level oversight for complex accounts.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams.
  • Advocate for customers internally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer success or account management.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of hospital revenue cycle.
  • Track record of driving account expansions and renewals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Radical ownership mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
