• Collaborate with global clients using IonQ's quantum computers.
• Understand customer needs to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Expand user base by creating workshops and curricula.
• Define new training offerings based on customer feedback.
• Guide customers on best practices for quantum applications.
• Represent IonQ at industry forums and panels.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide customer insights.
• Occasional travel to customer sites required.

Requirements

• PhD in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years creating customer-facing content.
• Hands-on experience with Python and quantum frameworks.
• Knowledge of Jupyter Notebook or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of physics concepts relevant to quantum computing.
• Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to teach complex topics effectively.
• Collaborative team player.
• Ability to be based in College Park, MD.
