In Short

• Act as the primary lead for Workday HCM, Reporting, and Performance.
• Configure and optimize Workday across all modules.
• Lead sessions with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements.
• Oversee critical document generation in partnership with Legal.
• Continuously evaluate workflows to identify friction points.
• Maintain a rigorous focus on SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Manage the Workday release cycle and documentation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of job architecture and HRIS integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Workday Pro HCM or Reporting Certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform work on-site as needed for specific projects.
• Ability to translate system-speak into actionable insights.
• High-level time management skills in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Deep understanding of security controls and audit requirements.
