Workday Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Workday Senior Analyst, you will be a lead consultant in implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our COE (Centers of Excellence) partners and managers and be a subject matter expert in one or more Workday specialties – HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Talent/Performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday experience, Workday Pro certified.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting and calculated fields.
• Experience configuring business processes end-to-end.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Exceptional analytical skills and customer focus.
• Effective communicator able to explain technical concepts.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage projects.
• Collaborative team player.
