Senior Global Sourcing Analyst - Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Supports off-shore program initiatives related to procurement activities with keen focus on governance, risk management, performance reporting and issue monitoring. Manages planning, development and implementation of various projects and initiatives related to this.

In Short

• Lead calls and manage projects for off-shore initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor assessments and due diligence reviews.
• Maintain project lists and prepare program dashboards.
• Track program performance against SLAs.
• Identify and escalate risk-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to company risk and regulatory standards.
• Prepare data and present to senior management.
• Work independently and manage project participants.
• Assist with drafting contract items.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ related experience preferred.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and database software.
• Working knowledge of financial models.
