In Short

• Lead a critical acquisition management support contract for the Department of Homeland Security.
• Provide analytical support to PARM's mission-essential functions.
• Manage contract performance and team delivery.
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate work performed by team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOW quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver monthly status reports.
• Implement and maintain Quality Control Plan.
• Conduct research on acquisition policies and regulations.
• Create materials for external Government agencies and DHS executives.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and acquisition dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and analytical support.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of acquisition management processes.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.
• Experience with federal government clients preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with quality assurance practices.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
