Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Our team is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of one of our rapidly expanding product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver projects within established timelines and budgets. You will be responsible for defining and aligning project objectives with organizational goals, while maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project life-cycle. A key focus of this position will be enhancing customer satisfaction, driving process optimization, fostering team development, and supporting continuous learning and growth. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and dedicated Customer Experience team to ensure seamless project execution and the delivery of exceptional results.

In Short

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to drive the successful implementation of strategic client projects.
• Manage and deliver multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on ERP software implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, with the ability to apply best practices across a variety of projects.
• Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing detailed implementation plans in collaboration with clients.
• Exceptional ability to engage and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• PMP certified, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry-recognized project management principles.
