• Lead a team of seasoned Product Analysts.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience managing senior analysts.
• 2+ years working with healthcare data.
• Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives.
• Experience in startups or scaling mid-sized businesses.
• Technical skills in SQL, BI tools, Python, and dbt.
• Familiarity with Git and Statistics.
