• Responsible for the design, documentation, and adoption of the internal platform.
• Optimize the use of the platform with a focus on user experience.
• Propose scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with strategic directions.
• Create and maintain documentation for rapid adoption by teams.
• Encourage platform adoption through workshops and training sessions.
• Identify areas for improvement using the platform daily.
• Design new platform architectures or tools to meet development needs.
• Collaborate with platform teams and DevOps Leads.
• Improve the platform by modifying infrastructure components using code.
• Provide support during on-call periods for platform reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in platform architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Go.
• Ability to create clear documentation and facilitate training.
• Experience in user experience optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in auditing systems and application logs.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
