Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide creators and enterprise clients through their journey with Memberspot, from onboarding to long-term expansion.

In Short

  • Lead onboarding and kick-off sessions for new clients.
  • Promote adoption and analyze usage and health scores.
  • Prevent churn by proactively engaging with clients.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex software solutions.
  • Technical affinity with automation tools and CRM systems.
  • KPI-oriented mindset with familiarity with metrics like NRR and Churn.
  • Problem-solving skills and empathy towards customers.
  • Team player mentality, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple projects.
