Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, Fed/SLED, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction while maximizing value realization from the Abnormal platform.

In Short

  • Manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Drive adoption of best practices and educate on new features.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and address customer issues proactively.
  • Own a portfolio of accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver Business Reviews and prove ROI.
  • Develop strategic success plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer health and coordinate remediation plans.
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in enterprise SaaS.

Requirements

  • Experienced in enterprise SaaS product support environments.
  • Skilled at building long-term executive-level relationships.
  • Strong account management and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficient with case management systems and CRMs.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
