Overview

The Customer Success Manager engages our customer to drive adoption of the Leica Microsystems image analysis software portfolio. This is a critical function with a clear focus: to successfully onboard, accompany new customers to deliver a positive customer and user experience and turn them into advocates as well as manage renewals.

In Short

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers for their questions about Leica Microsystems’ AI image analysis software.
  • Work with Market Development and Marketing teams to create and grow a strong user community.
  • Manage renewals and drive expansion.
  • Contribute to meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Utilize value selling techniques to identify and address customer needs.

Requirements

  • BA / BS or MS degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Proven successful experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or software sales environment.
  • Experience using microscopy and/or image analysis software.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced microscopy systems.
  • Fluent in English and in another European language.
