Requirements

  • 3+ years leading Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in public cloud customer engagement management.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident executive presence for decision making.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with global teams is a plus.
