Market Development Analyst - Remote

Overview

Avero is looking for a Market Development Analyst who will be responsible for facilitating the development of leads by conducting market research and generation for the sales team across all new and existing customers.

• Identify and research potential target hotels, restaurants, and clients.
• Assist in cleaning up and enhancing prospect data within CRM.
• Develop a framework to assess the potential value of leads.
• Analyze the effectiveness of acquisition efforts and report on key metrics.
• Track and analyze sales activity to improve lead generation.
• Prepare reports on market trends and competitive activity.
• Conduct industry-specific and niche market research.

• Collaborate with sales/marketing team for successful outreach.
• Prepare concise reports on lead generation activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing analyst role.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
