Overview

Doctolib is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Product Compliance Legal Counsel, based in Paris, with extensive knowledge on marketing, advertising, digital and privacy topics.

In Short

• Join the Product Compliance team at Doctolib.
• Co-build innovative legal solutions with Tech & Product teams.
• Support marketing teams in digital marketing and advertising.
• Develop and enrich compliance policies and guidelines.
• Work on AI innovations and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with the Legal team across all countries.
• Participate in training actions for successful delivery.
• Fluent in French and English, with additional languages a plus.
• 3+ years experience in international law firms or companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to transform healthcare.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a lawyer in an international company/law firm or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising and e-commerce law.
• Deep understanding of privacy law and good understanding of digital law.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluent in French and English; German or Italian is a plus.
