Overview

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for growing business with targeted clients in the higher education sector, working from a home office when not on the road.

In Short

  • Responsible for growing business with existing Symplicity clients.
  • Demonstrate leadership building and managing teams in support of client opportunities.
  • Proactively position a positive business outcome to clients’ current business problems.
  • Drive and execute market and account management activities.
  • Engage strategic partners for resources and account management.
  • Continuously analyze sales forecasts and modify based on outcomes.

Requirements

  • Software sales experience in the higher education space.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to higher education clients.
  • Ability to deliver practical business solutions.
  • Experience tracking activities in a CRM system.
  • Strong business acumen with a network of existing clients and partners.
