Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Practice Lead - Remote

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the AEM Services practice.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AEM Solutions.
• Act as a senior consultant and subject matter expert.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of AEM professionals.
• Architect scalable AEM solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for business development.
• Drive adoption of new AEM features and establish reusable frameworks.
• Strengthen relationships with Adobe and other technology partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solution design.
• 3+ years in a leadership or practice lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex AEM projects.
• Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
