Director of Operations - Remote

Overview

The Director, Operations is responsible for the client and customer experience from onboarding through the servicing lifecycle and de-boarding, managing multiple departments and ensuring client needs are proactively managed.

In Short

• Lead revenue growth and target profitability in customer experience.
• Manage multiple departments including Account Management and Customer Service.
• Ensure timely and accurate back-office operations.
• Develop executive relationships within client organizations.
• Engage C-level executives with account insights.
• Orchestrate stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle.
• Manage client requests and analytics.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management.
• Strong knowledge in consumer finance industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated C-level contact and engagement experience.
• Experience leading successful client portfolios.
• High emotional intelligence and business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with loan servicing software preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally to San Diego and Baja.
