Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager who will deliver key client and internal projects in an exciting financial services environment. Must have strong sense of urgency to execute diverse projects which have considerable impact to company financials.

In Short

• Develop and execute projects coordinating clients, resources, and vendors.
• Create executive status and project health reports.
• Drive project scope development and assess technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Identify project resource needs and manage assignments.
• Perform ongoing evaluation of project performance and manage changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop tools and techniques for project standardization.
• Assess and develop internal project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in finance or related field.
• Effective communication with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• ClickUp experience is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred or ability to gain within the first year.
