Overview

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions. Due to continued growth and development, we are opening a Project Manager position.

In Short

• Managing projects from initiation to completion, adhering to deadlines, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinating the work of project teams and interacting with key stakeholders
• Ensuring transparency and timely reporting on project status
• Managing a portfolio of projects and programs
• Controlling project budgets, planning, monitoring, and financial reporting
• Identifying and minimizing project risks
• Leading and developing a team of project managers
• Developing and implementing project management methodologies
• Flexible schedule and work in a distributed team of professionals
• Fully remote work format

Requirements

• Experience managing projects (ERP, CRM, organizational transformations) - 3+ years
• Successful experience working in multinational and cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of project and portfolio management principles
• Proficiency in project management tools and advanced MS Office functions
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be an advantage
• Native Russian language
• English language - Upper Intermediate level and above
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and independent
• High stress resistance, attention to detail, and responsibility
