HR & Support Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services. We are looking for an experienced HR & Support Data Analyst to help build analytics for our people and support functions from the ground up.

In Short

• Build the analytics function for HR and Support domains from scratch.
• Identify growth opportunities and generate hypotheses to improve HR and Support metrics.
• Analyze operational changes and evaluate the impact of new initiatives.
• Support teams in adopting a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Develop and maintain the data model for HR and Support analytics.
• Create dashboards and alerting systems for key metrics.
• Establish core analytical processes, including experimentation and reporting.
• Contribute to building a culture of experimentation within operational functions.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience as a data analyst in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex datasets.
• Practical experience with Python beyond standard analytics.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Strong inclination towards organization and systematization of data.
• Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus.
• Experience with GitLab and Airflow is an advantage.
• Background in large technology companies is beneficial.
