EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody solutions, mining services, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions. We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing analytics team.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive analytical reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness across multiple channels.
• Analyze user funnels and formulate data-driven hypotheses.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and attribution models.
• Build dashboards and alerting systems to monitor key marketing metrics.
• Support marketing teams with structured analytical insights.
• Maintain and optimize marketing data infrastructure and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on advanced analytical use cases.
• Ensure reliable and consistent marketing analytics.
• Translate complex analytical results into actionable recommendations.
• Own analytical initiatives from problem definition to delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst, with 2 years in marketing analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with cross-channel analytics and marketing attribution.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and analytical data models.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.
• Additional experience with CDPs, Airflow, dbt, or machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies is a plus.
